ARTICLE 8: JACKPOT SLOTS EXCLUSION

Users cannot use bonuses on progressive jackpot slots games. This restriction applies to both online casino games and live dealer games.

ARTICLE 13: JURISDICTION AND VENUE

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Services provided by SpinsUp Casino will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Arbitration Center. The venue for such arbitration shall be Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles.

ARTICLE 14: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any other documents or policies provided by SpinsUp Casino, constitute the entire agreement between the User and SpinsUp Casino regarding the use of the Services.

ARTICLE 15: AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS

SpinsUp Casino may from time to time make additions or changes to these Terms and Conditions. The User agrees to be bound by such amendments and additions as they become part of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 16: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 17: CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

All transactions on the Website are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. The Website accepts a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, and other methods as listed on the Website.

The Website offers a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. During this time, Users cannot access their account and are not allowed to place any bets.

ARTICLE 20: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, the User agrees to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
